Kannapel Wedding 8.27.22

It started with a FaceTime call to get the ball rolling, then a sassy downtown engagement shoot with a fluffy dress and cool shades. Then it was tons of emails back and forth.

All leading up to the most perfect beautiful wedding day!

Their ceremony took place at the beautiful church Saint Marry of the Woods. They held their reception at their family friends property and it was breathtaking. There were so many parts of this day that stayed with me as I went home that night, like the father daughter dance that turned into dancing with all the uncles, cousins and important men In her life, to the way Bret constantly made Madi laugh. How Madi’s mom was watching from afar with proud eyes. The way Bret brought out some funky dance moves as he danced with his sisters. The surprise fire work show Madi’s dad put tougher at the end of the night. And so many more in-between moments. It’s what makes this job worth it, at the end of the day. To see all the smiles, and emotion on everyone’s face. To know I’m capturing a truly authentic time in someone’s life, that they can cherish always.

I can’t say enough good words about this amazing couple. And when it comes to a blog I try not to overwhelm viewers with crazy amounts of images but I honestly couldn’t help myself with this one. The whole day was just too perfect not to share!

Here’s to Mr & Mrs. Kannapel.
